**Important Note**
- The warranty provides protection for any mechanical parts caused by machine failure within a specified period
- Generally speaking, all electromechanical components are covered by this warranty and, if defective, will be replaced with an identical or compatible component.
- This does not include perishable “wear and tear” items, such as lamps, seals, handles or shelves, which have been subjected to repeated high-intensity use.
- External damage (e.g. glass) can only be replaced if it was damaged during shipping. Equipment should be inspected upon delivery before being signed for. If inspection is not possible, the equipment should be signed for as "uninspected" and any subsequent claims must be documented and notified to the supplier within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made after this time will not be covered.
This warranty does not cover any loss of stock or consequential damage claims resulting from equipment failure
**WARRANTY REMINDER**
- Warranty is not transferable
- The warranty will be void if the product is installed with unauthorized components, lack of maintenance or natural wear and tear, etc.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that recommended cleaning, maintenance and service are carried out regularly. The equipment should only be used for its designed purpose.
