Ordered, not shipped

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed but before the item has been shipped, we will refund you the full amount of your invoice, in which case there is no restocking fee!

Shipped, not signed for

If you change your mind after the item has been shipped, your order has already entered the shipping process and we will not be able to cancel it, in this case a restocking fee will be required

Shipped and signed for

If you find that the product does not meet your needs after signing for it, we also offer a return service, in which case you will need to pay a restocking fee

Unshipped Returns Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Order Cancellation: Our customer service will assist you in canceling your order and ensuring that the item will not ship
  3. Refund processing: After the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your original payment method
Note: If your order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel it, you need to follow the shipped return process to operate 

Shipped Returns Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team on the day the item is shipped or signed for, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get a Return Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with an authorization for your return request with a return address and return instructions
  3. Packing merchandise: Please ensure that the merchandise is in its original condition, including all labels, packing materials, certificates, etc. Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage to the merchandise during transportation.
  4. Postal shipment of merchandise: Use the logistics service of your choice to send the merchandise back to the return address provided by us. It is recommended to use a mailing method with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your package
  5. REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESSING: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within a specified time frame once we have received and confirmed the status of the item. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and exchanges will be sent out as soon as possible

NOTE: If the return is due to a product problem or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer reason or no reason, the return shipping cost will be borne by you

**Important Note**

We are unable to accept returns of consumable and customizable products

Returns must be in the original packaging, including any protective film, wrapping, pallets, etc. If the unit has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging, it is not eligible for return.
