For larger items, we typically use trucking, which allows us to provide reliable and efficient delivery services throughout the continental United States and beyond. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every delivery meets the highest standards, giving you peace of mind with every order

**Order Confirmation Details**

Regarding product order confirmations, please note that orders completed before 3:00pm on business days (where applicable, payment is required) will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the next business day!

Standard delivery time depends on the product ordered and stock availability 2-3 business days or 3-5 business days delivery time

Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays. We are unable to give specific delivery times and cannot account for potential transportation problems, weather disruption or other unforeseen circumstances once the goods have reached the courier. This is because all deliveries are at the discretion of the courier. If you require a specific delivery time (e.g. morning or afternoon) or have any other delivery preferences, please let us know when confirming your product order. We will do our best to accommodate your request as we can adjust to meet a variety of delivery requirements

**Transportation Details**

Your order will be shipped using our standard delivery service, and the items will be delivered to the designated location in their original packaging, provided that the entrance way is clear and unobstructed. Please notify us of any delivery restrictions that may affect your vehicle (e.g. vehicle type restrictions based on area of residence, trucks unable to access certain locations requiring off-street parking, or difficulty in accurately determining the delivery address). Please note that failed deliveries may incur additional costs associated with failed deliveries, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation


**Delivery Details**

Upon delivery, you should have the opportunity to inspect your order before accepting and signing the receipt. If you find any damage on delivery, we urge you to refuse to accept the goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please note that by signing for the package, you acknowledge acceptance of the goods and our insurance policy does not cover claims for shipping related damages. Therefore, after signing the delivery receipt, we will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation and will not be able to replace the product or refund you!

If you are unable to inspect your order, please sign “Not Inspected” and any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted!

**Fee Details**

Please note that a restocking fee will be charged if the delivery fails for any of the following reasons (but not limited to): vehicle inaccessible to the site, customer not present at the site, inability to get the equipment into the building, failure to answer phone calls regarding the delivery, failure to sign for the shipment, etc

**Service Hours**

The service department of Huaer Brand Store operates from Monday to Friday, with business hours ranging from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
